Even though more and more features get added to our all loved Elementor Page Builder, such as the new Enhanced Galleries widget and Dynamic Number that was added on version 2.7.0., Elementor still got its cons. This includes relative low loading speed on some Elementor powered pages and the tedious interface of adding custom CSS code
Let’s be honest, Elementor can’t do anything, like all page builders out there. That’s why the custom CSS widget is there in the first place, to allow you to do something that simple drag and drop in Elementor won’t allow you to.
And as time goes by, the demand for more complex designs and layouts is steadily increasing. It’s the unstoppable tide of innovation that we just have to accept and adapt into.
So, we’re proud to introduce a plugin that’s been helping us do our custom CSS issues for a while now.
Let us introduce: CSSHero.
It’s literally a hero and a time saver when it comes to converting CSS designs.
With the recent release of CSSHero V4, which optimized the plugin more in terms of efficiency, workload, and user experience, CSSHero is a true saver for web developers out there.
Here are some of its outstanding features:
CSSHero’s main interface is WYSIWYG, designed primarily to make it easier to understand even for those who have not much familiarity with CSS. All CSS properties are described in great clarity and can be modified accordingly based on your needs. For those web developers who are above everyone else, it still offers a wide set of advanced pro features that would give some spice to their designs.
Control Inline Spacing
Inline spacing is among the most vital aspect when it comes to creating designs. Almost all of a web developer and the designer task is to make those proper adjustments according to their own design goals or instructions from the client.
With CSSHero V4, you now get to use a Live Resize Element, which as grandeur as it sounds, really allows you to edit any element in real-time and get immediate results. It saves a lot of time from having to edit from a separate editor just for spacing and refreshes the page somewhere else.
Filters and Transforms
Since transform and filter properties are now widely supported by almost all modern browsers, that demand for designs that include them has significantly increased.
Unlike in Elementor, you can easily tweak transform and filter properties through CSSHero V4 and similar above, you can see your modifications in real-time.
Responsive Font Size Support
It can be annoying and tedious to make RFS (Responsive Font Size) so it’s among CSSHero’s outstanding features. It’s really useful for creating flexible designs that work across all devices, and readable texts that adjust itself based on the screen size.
Easier Responsive Editing
Media Queries are the most vital aspect of making a responsive website design. However, applying and previewing your edits can also be another tedious process, especially if you’re doing it the manual way through Chrome’s developer console.
With CSSHero, applying and previewing mobile edits for media queries and switching among media queries is made easier. You can also resize the browser page to a specific width and eventually create a new media query breakpoint if desired.

Thanks for making this far! 🙂
